From previous posts it doesn't seem like early production 2019 year cars came with the kit.
Plus several ZLE's came with gloss rocker panels instead of matte.
Wasn't the power steering air diverter kit only for A10 equipped cars?

Great feedback guys!

Anyone know where these go? They are not listed in the track supplement.

Also. The I structions require the removal of the existing "noise shields" b4 installing the track components. Noise from what?

Those go on the bottom of the splitter towards the front right & left. Some of the bolt holes will line up with the curved air diverters that should already be there right in front of the tires. They’re supposed to stay on for street use & remove for the track. Guessing it’s something for fuel economy?

Edit: I’m not sure what the noise shield are.

Can anyone share the part number and some more pics of the power steering cooling kit?

Absolute need or not, they are highly beneficial and people should stop saying this because it's dumb not to install them Also the SS already comes with the same small deflectors installed as well.

Because additional brake cooling is highly beneficial. They are a cheap and easy upgrade and idk why people keep saying nOt NeEdEd DoN't Do It.

If tracking leave these pieces off...I leave them off permanently. Its on page 17 of the High Performance Supplement.

Read this..Post #9 clears it up.

I ordered my ZL1 1LE in March 2019 and took delivery end of April 2019. My car came with the kit and it had matte rockers, FYI.

My steering overheated on track without them. As I have a 2018 ZL1 A10, I had to buy them. No more issues after having them fitted. I would not track the car without them.

So what I'm getting from this thread is any SS, SS1LE, Zl1 or ZLE need to get the steering deflector and remove the flat deflector in front of the splitter not the curved one's. I'm I correct?
