Satin Steel
Looking at a Satin Steel ZL1-1LE, any owners out there who can tell me their thoughts on this color? I also like shadow gray and can get a good deal on a white car....

I don’t own satin steel but I have looked at several. Personally I think it’s a pretty deadly colour. It was one of the contenders when I ordered my car.

I like Satin Steel too! It looks real good in person. You can’t go wrong with the color either.

Would have gotten this colour if the choice was there. Same colour (Titanium Grey) as my last sportscar. But had to "settle" for shadow grey. This was my second choice. and actually, shadow grey hides the dirt much better. Cause where I'm at, washing daily wouldn't be too much to keep her clean. So Shadow Grey has turned out to be a wonderful colour for me

I’ve received tons of compliments on the color, easy to keep looking clean, hides clear micro scratches better than most colors.
The ONLY negative (if you can call it that) there’s not a lot of contrast between the interior grey and the exterior color, they kind of blend. Satin has 3 distinct tones, based on on time of day. Last edited by Chutzpah; 12-30-2020 at 09:18 PM. |

I have a Satin Steel 1LE and it's really an awesome color. Especially after I had the ceramic coating done.
I really like how different it looks in the sun compared to a cloudy day. |

Just from photos I was going to get a satin steel, but dealer didn’t get me OTD pricing so got a wild cherry. Any 1LE is a great car ��
