Did Becky say they are in QC to be "fixed" or are they just in a QC "hold"? Just because they are held for QC does not mean they are being worked on for an issue.

The prior TPW thread suggested there is an issue that has some of the cars being worked on.

I don't remember her exact wording. But mine and others were pulled for a QC issue. I'm thinking its for a fix because others from this TPW built prior to us have shipped. And the TPW following ours has been SUPER slow to produce cars.

Speaking of fixes. Dropped my truck of this morning for a slew of minor issues. Hoping they don't have to keep it overnight.

Think of 4B00, 4300 and 4200 like this:

4B00 registers when dispatch clicks on your build while looking for a particular build;

4300 registered when dispatch starts and possibly moves the build;

4200 is actual movement on a carrier, but often is from the Lansing Grand River holding lot to a Jack Cooper or a rail holding lot.

In essence even in the quickest from 3800 to 5000 there can be several 4B00s, one 4300 and one or two 4200s.

So, 4B00 means someone had their eyes on your build, even if only for a few seconds. It also can mean your build was the looked for build in which case 4200 closely follows.

If there are held for bad torque converters, does that give us the right to be torqued off they have not shipped?

Lol. Nice one. But I'm in a manual.

I'm bummed/irritated but then again, I would rather whatever the issue is be corrected while it is still there, than get it and have an issue.

I'm still waiting for GM to come up with numbers for my lease. Maybe I can get a July 4th holiday incentive or something. It sucks the dealer has my car and I can't pick it up.

I have not received this special call from Becky. Also, I think I was the first 6/20 TPW on the forum to be built (last Wednesday). So that's good? Maybe?

If you haven't gotten a call, I would think it's a good thing.
