What does collectors insurance cost vs daily driver insurance? Any limits on miles driven?

So if your vehicle is totaled and KBB says it's work $25k that is what you get vs. agreed value like I have on my 17 SS vert with an agreed value of $55k I will walk away with $55k not KBB.

I wonder how many people try to commit insurance fraud with a setup like that? Over insurance the vehicle and then wreck it..
