Pac Audio Kit Dead

Hi , My Pac Audio Kit is dead, anyone else have this happen?

Just the surround isn’t working? Radio still is? I had an issue after the car sat for a while where the pac faceplate wouldn’t turn on at all. I had to disconnect the battery overnight in order for it come come back on

The surround and the volume button on the steering wheel, car was sitting a couple of weeks

Yeah I would try disconnecting the battery for a few hours. Mine wasn’t lighting up at all, none of the climate controls or anything were working and after doing that it was functioning as it should
