What exhaust manifold will you use with those heads? The stock LS3/L99 won't fit IIRC.

Modified zl1 manifolds. They required some welding.

Cool! I know it required some modification, but I wondered how bad. I guess the extra bolts on the heads slightly in the way or something like that.

The manifolds need clearanced and rewelded to clear the extra bolts. I have a set I was using before I went with ARH shorties.

I can take some pics of the manifolds. Working around the shorties is kind of a pain whereas the manifolds were tucked closer to the block and made it easier to do things like spark plugs, etc. |
