2016 Chevy Volt Test Drive
Just drove the new 2016 Chevy Volt. I assumed that the interior materials and infotainment systems will be similar to 2016 Camaro.
I was very impressed with what I saw. Apple car play was working great. The best part was that Google Maps can be used on Apple Carplay!!! Goodbye NAV... The steering wheel leather was nice. The dashboard looked good and not plastic like. The screen was great!! I think it was 8" too. The behind the wheel display screen was sharp and bright! Although volt starts at $34k. I hope GM has used similar materials for the Camaro... I was very very impressed.....

2nd gen Volt is already at dealers in California so I'm assuming test drive.

Unfortunately i did not get so much time in the car. It was a corporate event. Also the dealership guy who came with the car did not know much since the car arrived just 3 days ago! In fact I knew more about the VOLT than he did. LOL... I was just excited to see google maps!!! Music was played via Apple carplay and it sounded great even on non-bose speakers.

I sat in a 16 Volt at my dealer in SoCal.
Nice car on the inside, the exterior makes me cry.
