I know Maisto is coming out with a 1:24 scale replica in Silver in Jan or Feb of this year - I wish they had made a 1:18 though.

I just looked online and found that Walmart in Canada has the Maisto 1:24 cars. I don't know how we in the states can get them but I WANT!!!!

You might check eBay for Z/28 press kits from the introduction. I don't know, however, if GM still makes the nice printed packages -- or if everything's on a USB stick...
