Squash Dual Fuel Pump w/Return Line
All,
Are there any existing threads out there with good detail on installing a Squash dual pump with a return line? I will be running the stock rails and the 6AN fuel supply line and a 6AN return. I have not seen where the return line ties into the stock system? Thanks in advance. Paul |

I have the same system. Instructions are pretty detailed. It’s up to you where you tie it in. I tied mine into a flex fuel sensor then to the original supply line and then to the pump return port.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any photo's of the tie in you could share? Also on the routing of the return line what sort of fastener did you use? And did you buy the install kit with the Hobbs switch/wiring harness? I lam eaning towards getting the Hobbs switch/wiring harness.
Thanks |

I do have the harness and Hobbs switch. Makes it super easy. For the return I used a EFI an fitting:
https://www.jegs.com/i/Earls/361/751156ERL/10002/-1 The big contraption above it is the flex fuel sensor. Goes from the return port on the regulator, up to the 180, through the sensor and then back to the tank. |

That’s not the exact part I used, make sure you get the right one for your application

Josh,
Thanks! Do you have a pic of where the supply side of the fuel pump supply line ties in? So you are running the flex sensor on the return leg of the fuel system and that appears like its the braided line from the kit. So i am guessing you used the stock fuel supply line as the feed to the fuel rail. I have reached out to Andy over at Squash and he told me they are in between orders of parts now or I would have this thing purchased already with the instructions!!! Thanks! |

Oh no, I plumbed AN8 line from the pump to the engine bay. In the pic above you can see my aeromotive fuel regulator behind the ff sensor. Also got new rails and squirters. Nothing is stock on my fuel system except the tank, some wiring, and return line (which was the OEM supply line).
I attached the directions. |

Josh,
I thought that return line (steel portion) looked like the stock fuel feed line. Your assistance has been very informative. Thanks for the Squash instructions !! |

Not a problem! That’s what this board is all about.
Best of luck! |
