Intake Manifolds
I was thinking of upgrading my intake manifold, what do you guys have?

Gpi rod mod ported and polished. IMO best for the price especially if you send them your old one.

Stock. You're better off to get your stock intake manifold ported or have someone do the "rod mod". It'll save you money and net you what something like a 102mm intake would get you unless you have an all out quest for peak power NA car.

Rod mod, and some people will open the inlet up to 102mm if they know what they’re doing. But if you do that you will have to use a paper gasket which i think Holley makes
Plenty of people do them now. There’s a guy who does them himself and he sells them here and on LS1Tech for a great price: https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=587528 I have had my rod mod manifold opened up to 102mm and its basically the same as the Fast102 i have now. Cant decide which to keep lol

I had the rod modded ported manifold and it was a noticeable improvement, and throw a ported today on it to top it off.

Mainly it is all going to boil down to what you plan to do with your build as well. Some people like to be conservative and keep the RPM's normal and some of us love the screaming of a high revving small block making killer power, safely NA'd. The rod modded will get you more TQ down low but the LOD style intakes will lose some and move all that to the right and out the door on the graph.
