What kind of power do you think this ZL1 will make?

2013 ZL1, M6, 9,000' miles, runs very well, made 535rwhp @9.90 lbs of boost with only a CAI, now I'm adding the following... ATI Damper | 10% OD & 2.55" Supercharger Pulley | 8 Rib Belt | Nick Williams 102mm TB | Ported Supercharger Snout | Solid Isolator Coupler & Pulley Hub | 160° Thermostat | AFCO Dual Fans | K900 Injectors | 2" American Racing LT Headers | MGW Short Throw | Boosta Pump | Custom NicKey Tune

I can post the actual results in less than a week.

I know some of these mods don't add actual HP but I wanted to give an accurate description of what was going into this car, same for the tune, they're all diff. Car is being built for awesome street driving and not too much track time, but still able to get up and GO. Anything else I can do to make sure she runs well for a long time please let me know. I'm here to learn. If I missed any nessesary info on parts, please let me know and I'll update. Thanks

No ff? I think you'd approach 700 with some good E85.

Maybe 650 but e85 will set you near the 700 but only on m6 and that's with a generous dyno. About to get mine wrapped up in the next week as well with the addition of 2.35 & 2" catless and hoping for the 700 we will see

Your mod list looks very solid. Only thing I would do would be go with ID1050 injectors, I think Injector Dynamics (ID) is a more trusted brand and haven't been known to have idling and tuning issues.

As for HP, LSA with 28% OD, ported blower, FBO, on 93...I'd expect 640-650 RWHP if the numbers are as good as the stock with CAI only. As said, you could put it on E but you will NOT be able to run full E85 from what I've seen, you'll have to mix which means going to two different pumps at fill ups. You judge if that's worth the extra 30-40 RWHP at this level. Reason being I don't think the stock fuel system can flow enough to run straight E which requires 30% more fuel than 93. The Injectors and BAP are kind of a bandaid mod to get it to work on 93/mix but you'll need a true fuel pump/system when you want straight E85. How about Meth Injection? That is a lot easier of a setup than a fuel system, nothing to really worry about, it's bolt on octane, power, and cooling for your engine. A good tuner will get it setup right.

Very true, dsx aux pump and the 1050x injectors for e85. Unless you have a tuner that will work with the meth
