Mine too. I was still living at home and in college at 21 and I still had rules to follow and respect if I didn't want to get kicked out. I just feel like young adults nowadays are sometimes quick to blame others and I don't want to give them help with that. My daughter is 16 and I have been telling her for a few years now that she and only she is responsible for her choices and has to accept the consequences.
I appreciate the calm conversation. |

i got a dui at age 19 didnt blame my mom or anybody else it was my dumb fault and i wasnt even drunk only blew .002% but thats enough when you underage to get one shit sucked lol

Yeah, I love my car too much for anything like that.
Plus, the adrenaline you get from a big crowd cheering you to do something stupid can be very dangerous. If I really feel like drifting, I learn how to do it in a closed, sanctioned event, not on a public street where I can crash into something or worse, someone.
