Just bought a brand new 2020 1LE, PDR for 44, MSRP was 48,600 at Hendrick Chevy in Charleston, SC and had it transported to PA. Maybe not a smoking deal but I was ok with it. I was looking for over a month and inventory is slim up north, little better down south. I missed on a 2020 with 1900 miles at 40 grand by a day. To me they seem to not last long. Mine was built 6/20 and sent to Hendrick. Car is awesome, had a few IROC/Z28 back in the mid 80's (younger days) so was excited to get back into a camaro in my older age

I’ve been using the GM inventory search for the last two months. Last week, I counted 10 2020 and 13 2021 1LE models within a 2000 mile range of me. When I selected MT and PDR, only 3 remained and down to 1 at my preferred color. Point is, inventory is tight. Perhaps you’ll find a desperate dealer but today’s climate is far different from even earlier this year; apples to oranges. Cant compare. In the end, I would’ve loved a bigger discount but I want those smiles now |

FYI you're gonna need to put around 800 miles on it before all the emissions sensors turn on so it will pass smog... |

Smog test a new car? I don't get it... in CA a new car doesn't need to be smog tested for 5 years. Instead, the state extorts a smog abatement fee with registration for that period.

That long? Wow, wasn’t aware. Thank you! Unfortunately, I think he’s right because it’s a car from another state. Stupid as shit though. It is new. Love/hate living in California. Damn CARB |
