Praise for GMPartsDirect

I recently placed an order for an interior center console part with GMPartsDirect. In the original order, I included a $5 rubber mat, but when confirming the order, the representative from GMPartsDirect indicated that that mat was included with the main part. Turns out it was not. GMPartsDirect first asked if I wanted to return the part, and after I explained that I already installed it, ordered and shipped me a rubber mat. Shipping alone cost more than the mat, but they ate the losses. They did not charge me anything extra.

Good customer is hard to find nowadays, but GMPartsDirect came through on their small mistake. Nice.

I have also had great experience with gmpartsdirect. Got my suede wheel and shift knob for less than most charge just for the wheel.

They came through for me several times, usually offer very good prices and I have yet to see any issue with the products they deliver. Also, they contacted me more than once about part fitment based on the VIN, and made sure I would be able to use what I was going to buy.
