I would take car to the dealer. If something big breaks they may blame you for not bringing it in earlier. Make sure they have a loaner car for you since it will take a week or two to fix multiple issues. I waited a year to address front end noise with the end links and regretted waiting so long.

I have had no issues with mine, and I had my fluid swapped twice now, both times with Castrol SRF, but I had it done both times at a shop.

My only question is how long ago did you do the brake/clutch fluid swap? Maybe there is air in the lines or a leak somewhere.

The clutch is stout in this car, I do not see it being a clutch issue, unless it has been severely abused.

Sounds like it's happening consistently, if so the dealer should have no problem finding the issue.

Subjectively, I don't really abuse the clutch. I do daily drive it about 1k miles/month and have put about 10 AutoX events on it, no track days. And I never launch the thing from a dig, other than the autox.

Is there a clutch position sensor on this car? Could that be defective?

My other thought is maybe a throttle position sensor could be fried?
I have RBF600 in mine with none of these issues.
