RDP Store - Beware

Anyone having any issues? Ordered some BMR stuff early last week, got a receipt immediately (CPU generated). Haven’t heard a peep since.

Tried to follow up this morning as I just added a ZL1 fuel pump and want to install the lock out while it’s in the air and driveshaft/exhaust out.

Phone number on front page of website doesn’t do anything just hangs up when you make a selection (440 number). Sales@Rdpstore get a rejection. On contact us and Facebook there is another number and email cory@rdpstore. Haven’t heard anything yet but only been a couple hours. But no answer on the “new” number either. It’s a cell phone based on the voicemail.

Just strange, I ordered from them a year ago and everything was fantastic and quick responses.

I know supply chain is a mess right now, but just need to know if it’s a week or 6 months lol. Not being able to get ahold of anyone is annoying.

PM Dyno Steve on here. That used to be the owner last time I ordered from him.

I didn’t realize he’s started another business and no longer with RDP when I ordered.

Called BMR and they have them in stock with no record of an order with my name. This is beyond frustrating. Going to try calling a few more times and then dispute the charge through PayPal. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to cancel the order.

Then I’ll just order the damn things through BMR direct.

From what I've heard, Steve left and made his on business. This other person hasn't shipped anyones orders but takes their payment. Id probably call your credit card company and dispute the charges and go with Steve.

Incase you want the website, its dsp performance motorsports. Ordered some bmr stuff from his over the weekend and will be here tomorrow.

Looks like an issue handling the transition... I'd try Steve in person, or just got to the source (BMR) as you stated.

Already ordered from Steve and he has like 9 in stock. Will ship today.

Opened a dispute with PayPal to get my $$$ back from RDP. Still Crickets.

Same situation here, ordered BMR trailing arms, took payment and after that nothing, no confirmation email from RDP other than paypal email with receipt. i disputed on paypal and they are waiting on a reply from hiim, or else i need to wait another 2 weeks for a refund. and i made the order on May 19th. I contacted Dynosteve and he spilled the beans on the new owner, the new owner seems to be sketch AF.
