I got the same email. I actually checked it 30 min after getting and immediately tried to order. Once again they are out of stock.
I contacted Phastek on the phone to confirm. I was told they will get more in in a few weeks and a larger quantity they hope.

Phastek should let orders be placed, even if backordered, so we don't have to make a daily check or run to their website when they are back in stock.

I was wondering how quickly they would sell out. I hit the order page within a minute of my phone buzzing the email. I certainly didn't think it would be half an hour.

I kind of hinted to this. I asked so we all just need to be constantly checking emails for this and I was told "pretty much ". I am planning on ordering other things I think and just want 1 order instead of multiple ones. This will save on the shipping here to Hawaii.

Sorry guys, still waiting for my new taillights to be delivered, so I can take a picture.
But it's really simple. Just bend a small loop into the wires of the resistor and wrap it around the wires (again, the left ones on each sides with the bulb facing upwards).

What resistor did you use? 2.2kohm 1/4 watt or 1/2 watt? Also, does the resistor get really hot? Can it be touching the plastic of the led bulb or do I need to make a gap? Sorry for all the question...don't have any experience with these things. Thanks for your help.

2.2K, 1/4W is what I used.

No, it does not even get warm. Very low current.

They are in stock now. I just got the Phastek kit with the bulbs in the mail day before yesterday. I haven't installed it yet but it looks well made. Good customer service and fast shipping to CA. The Lethal5 coupon code works for this part as well.
