I installed Brembo's on my 99 Z28 and did not have to have the ABS bled, the only time you need the tech tool to activate the ABS is if you leave the lines open for a prolonged period (of which allows air to seep through the lines all the way into the ABS module.) -- You open the line, put a cap on it, replace the calipre, remove the cap, and put the line into the new Calipre and bleed as normal.

The ABS module only needs to be bled if you either disconnect a line near the Brake Booster, or you leave the lines unplugged for a prolonged period.

Again, not messing with brakes, besides pads.

Installed my Holley iNTECH CAI and it was rather easy, but I can’t say the same for the MSD spark plug wire set. They threw codes left and right. It seems they weren’t able to seat properly and weren't “truly” compatible with my 16 SS. The cables where short by 2 inches it seemed and summit racing’s application system gave me green ✅’s indicating this part works for my model. Once I removed the CAI and plug wires replacing them with the OE, the codes went away. OnStar actually sent me an email notification of an emissions failure code...... so I reinstalled the CAI and all is fine, no codes.

Oh, in that case, I see your point. I totally disregarded the ABS stuff. Ugh, new cars! I just came from a fully custom pro touring LS powered chevelle that I mostly built. All new stuff, but no abs junk. I did have to take it to a tuner for the computer programming. No way was I going to attempt that mess.

Took it out for the first drive of the year. Once I started her up, the stereo connected to my phone thru Bluetooth and immediately started playing my music. I forgot it could do that by itself.

I would have flipped the visor warning label covers 180° so that when the visors are down, the Camaro logo is right side up.

Upgraded the trunk lighting with some 5050 LED strip. Soldered directly to the + & - posts that contact the stock glass bulb. I've done this mod to my other car as well and it's lasted 5 years so far without any issues.
