Soft pedal after SRF flush?

Paid a local garage to flush my brake system with srf now my brake pedal feels like a clutch pedal? Should the pedal feel the same as with oem fluid?

I would say a soft pedal would indicate air in the system.

Yeah air in the lines. Hope they didn’t introduce air into the master or you’ll have a heck of a time getting it out. Best of luck. Get your money back!

Yeah, they got air in the system, your pedal should feel the same or better after the fluid swap.

The fact they let it go out the door, I'd get my money back and not use them ever again. Have a reputable shop fix your brakes and submit the bill to the first shop.

The shitty brake flush was bad enough but then they put a $400 scratch on the door of my 3 month old car. Finding a good shop in Florida is about impossible I'm finding out. Guess I'll order a power bleeder and tackle it myself, thank god for this site it's a wealth of info!

Yeah power bleeders are nice, make sure you get the one with an Aluminum cap. No need to fill it with fluid, as it can make a mess. I would just check fluid level after each bleed screw so you don't get low.
