2019 SS front wrapped

My 2019 2SS finally arrived, and it's first stop was a vinyl shop to get the black front bar wrapped to match the body color. I got tired of waiting for GM to release the alternate front end that's been talked about for months. I'm really happy with how it looks with this bit wrapped.

Here's are side-by-side and above/below comparisons of the 2016 and wrapped 2019.

At first glance it looks almost the same. Good job.

Just need to relocate that bow tie now...!!

Thanks! You know, I don't actually mind the bowtie there. I'm gonna try to stick some LEDs inside it to illuminate it, and I think it'll look really nice at night.

Yeah, around here, a car like this without a front plate is asking for trouble. I am going to try to relocate it to the grill though, just a couple inches lower, with a frame that's easy to remove for track days, so it's not blocking any cooling.

You can get the Stow-N-Show for the front plate.

I just started watching their video, and it said something about how it allows you to "avoid putting holes in the bumper." Did the dealer put HOLES in my bumper when they installed the OEM front plate frame?? PLEASE tell me that's not how it installs!

Yes. They are usually always drilled into the bumper and riveted.
