I installed the new Rotofab 5” Big Gulp ZL1 CAI and it was worth more HP and TQ.
It consistently read an additional pound of boost, so it does help move some air. http://youtu.be/RIWysQh14_c?list=UUi...ZLR9fJht5ODNZA |

This is the exact set up I was waiting for somebody to do. Stock heads/cam, better blower, intake, exhaust and good tune. How far were you pushing the stock fuel system when you made that 706 rwhp on 93 octane? That 10.3 run you made was with e20 or 93?

We took the bolt on scenario to the next level. We bolted up a Magnuson 2650 and made approx 740hp pump and 840hp on 1/2 93 and 1/2 race fuel. Bolted up some slicks and ran a 9.90 . Car was warm and driven to the track, positive DA day on a non prepped track.
I’d have to look back to see if that 10.30 run had any ethanol, will advise. |
