I have a feeling I know what's going on:
Chevrolet Camaro this months has $1500 Bonus Tag, which is VIN specific rebate. The dealer might or might not share this rebate with you, also the dealer might be limited how many cars they can use it for.
I wonder if the increased bonus tag this month came on the account of the Privet Offers

Isn't that only for 2015? i did not see that on the list of offers for the 2016s...

It's for the 2016's also, but vin specific as mbar mentioned. If you look on the inventory page any car with a "SPECIAL OFFER" icon, gets the $1500 extra off I believe.

That might be region specific. I just checked a 50 mile search of my zip code and none of the SS's have the SPECIAL OFFER designation.

Most dealers chose to use the tag offers on more popular cars to guarantee that they will move and then they can get the rebate from GM. Around here it is rare for them to use on Camaros, but i have seen a couple. Because of this and other discounts/rebates i could find a base 1SS for around $33k.

EDIT: This one is tagged for any MI residents that like Mosaic Black

-500 Lease Loyalty
Then give or take a little on the discount.

Ok I just checked again and the SPECIAL OFFER designation showed up on a 2SS but what's weird is I must have passed up 20 other SS's without the SPECIAL OFFER listed. I only found 2 cars that had the designation a 2SS and 1LT.
