Hopefully some one sees this and can help me out. I'm looking to get new wheels I'm just not sure about offset I understand it but not sure what offset works with our cars I am currently looking at the niche rainier 20x9 35offset 20x10.5 35 offset I was told the fitment isn't for sure and no returns is it doesn't fit. I am trying to get it to where my wheels set flush with the fenders maybe just very little poke I am also looking at the variant argon 20x9 25offset 20x10.5or11 35 offset since I think the 25offset in the front gets the look I'm wanting can anyone help me out thanks!

I think you’ll need a spacer on the 20x9+25 (if you truly want them flush). Just bolting them up it’ll stick out 0.25” more then the stock SS wheels. If you want more you’ll need to space it. +35 is way to much (or run a large spacer).

Rears will be nice at +35 on a 10.5” wheel. +35 on a 11” might start to poke a little.

Awesome thanks! Do you think the front being 20x10 with the 25 offset would be better?

Yes. +20-25 is the ideal offset for 20x10. +20 is 1LE offset, but pokes a little. That’s what I have and like it but some don’t. 23 is probably perfectly flush and 25 would be slightly set in but your splitting hairs at that point. I’d prob go with the 25 and you could always put a 1-3mm spacer to tweak it to exactly where you want it. If you go too low on offset (like 20) you are stuck with it.

For sure! Do you happen to have instagram? Would like to see some pics! I think I will be going with the Variant Argon Gloss Piano Black*20×10 5×120 +25mm offset

20×11 5×120 +35mm offset
Do you happen to have a recommendation on tire size? I'll be doing 305/30 on the rear I
Guess 275-285 35 on the fronts??

It will clear, but it's extremely close to the strut perch, I used 5 mm spacers for peace of mind when I had this size up front.

Tire selection may also impact whether it will rub, I can only confirm that Michelin PS4S tires work, didn't try any other.

19x10 FLOW ONE Race Spec F2 BRONZE [square setup]
275/40R-19 Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position
Roughly 62 pounds total

The fronts barely fit past the suspension - I had my doubts but the Tire Rack was correct.

I bought these wheels in February on clearance and don't think you can find this size any more.

Ah so you did pull the trigger on them!

Glad to hear the +28 does fit on the front without spacers that will make me feel better once I eventually order a set (I think they still have these on sale... they had a ton) But I really had my eye on the F5's because they are allegedly 2 lbs lighter per wheel.

Would it be possible to get a shot along the side? Curious to see if they poke out any at all with the larger wheel / offsets? You also wouldn't have happened to weight the wheel/tire before mounting by chance?

I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro SS, I am planning on buying the GM lowering kit for it as well at some point.

I am looking to buy 20 inch wheels 285 in the front and 305 in the rear, 1le spec. What offset do people run in the front and the back that would cause no rubbing with the lowering kit?

Going through a lot of trouble to make my old 5th gen ZL1 20" wheels fit my ZLE. New 30 series tires instead of 35. 10-12mm spacers up front and 1in over stock apr extended wheel studs. Open ended lug nuts. Rear driver wire harness relocation. Sigh. Maybe i should have just sold the wheels and get new ones that fit. Was it worth it? Disclaimer: I dont have more photos yet. Still a work in progress. This was just a test fit.
