My town only had one shop and I don't trust em with it. I'd rather have somebody build me one that's done 100s of them

We do them for $700 labor (diff R&R and assembly) + parts. The total depends on which parts you decide to go with.

My local shop will upgrade to 3.91 for $1000.00 using all GM parts.

Do the 3.91, I have the manual and this is still my favorite mod. Even being over 600 horse now I would still go with 3.91. I had my Chevy dealer do it and they had the car one night and charged me 1000 bucks with parts and labor.

BTW guys my 3.45 diff brought $800 on egay.. so count that discount for LS3 folks..
Best mod yet imo too !!
