You HAVE to run the Aeromotive Fuel Pump Speed Controller with these pumps or they will overheat fast. The point of the controller is to slow the pump when cruising and then kick it full bore when you go WOT. Send me a PM for more info...been using these setups for years with very few problems. They have to be set up correctly

Might look at rerouting fuel lines , Also call Aeromotive and ask them if there are any updates for the pump . A person on here said he had issues with vapor lock and Aeromotive updated his pump for free . Just had to pay for the shipping there.
