Yeah super old school, then everyone forgot about it. But it really does work...I did it on my WRX and it never clunked for 9 years.

That's pretty amazing. If the situation arises, I will definitely give it a try! I never had any issues when I did the sway bars on my evos (whiteline front and rear) as the bushings were polyurethane + had groves inside the bushings to hold the most amount grease as possible.

I have a set of Hotchkis prototype sway bars on mine, the production sway bars will be ready in about 8 weeks. They make a big difference on keeping the car flatter through the corners and putting the power down coming out of them.

And absolutely no squeaking while turning due to the bushings?
