You'll get it soon brotha. It'll all be worth it when it arrives!

Black definitely is a bitch to maintain. Looks so damn good when clean tho! This will probably be my last black car for a while lol. I'll either go with Red or maybe even White for my next vehicle color.

Just hit 200 miles today. Loving everything second of this car. A little stressed sometimes with the manual transmission, but it's only week 1 and we're getting there!

I'm still at 94 miles...damn rain!

The wait is worth it, absolutely. Never have I experienced such a level of satisfaction with a new car, albeit, most of my new car purchases have been Camaros!

Now, if only this damned rain will go away...

I got 400 miles on mine so far. I am trying hard to get the 1500 before the crappy weather hits here.

I feel your pain. I've been dealing with crappy weather for 2 straight weeks now with no end in sight.

I got just over 400 but I'm out in the country and I don't go back to work for another couple weeks so I've just been cruising with the kids and going to the mall or the lake. Are you guys changing the oil at 500?

I don't plan on changing mine until 1500 miles or 6 months, whichever happens first.

I'm debating on doing it at the 1500 mark. Not sure if I want to change it before keeping it in all winter or doing it at the 3000 mark. Dealer recommended the 3000 mark.

I've always felt it is a good idea to put a motor in storage with clean oil. No acids or contaminants sitting in the engine. My boat with a 455 Olds recommends changing the oil and running it for a few minutes to circulate it before winter storage.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the input.

I'll be changing my oil at or just before the 1500 mile mark. Hoping to be there before the end of October.

I'm about to head out and black my bow ties out. I'll share pics later if they come out nice

Well, I got to put a few more miles on her this past weekend. I'm up to around 164 miles or so. Taking her in today get her SEMA grille and fix a couple of small issues. I look forward to just the drive getting her there and, hopefully, back again this afternoon.

Well I totally failed on the bow ties. That's what I get for trying to work on them when it's dark out lol. I'll try again this weekend.

How'd the grill come out, Blue? And what kind of issues are you having so far?

The car is still at the dealer. They are correcting a build up of clear coat on the top edge of the front bumper cover and straightening out the antenna fin on the roof. It was pointing off-center about 2 or 3 degrees to the left. Everything else has been perfect. I'll post pics once I get her back home.
