scuff mark on new exhaust

so i got my borla stype a little over a week ago and today I noticed a scuff on the end of one of them can anyone explain how to fix this

Start with metal polish. But depending on how deep ,,it may behoove you to take it off and take it to a body shop so they can put a wheel on it .

i tried metal polish and 000 steel wool and it looks better but its still there guess ill have to take it to a body shop sigh also thanks for the respond glen

It's dented, no topical product is gonna remove it completely , looks like it was banged on wall or floor prior to install.

Thats what i thought too should i take it back to the people who installed it do you think they will replace it?

I would, I'm assuming you spent a pretty decent chunk of change on that exhaust system and I would want it to look perfect.
