Front suspension question

I have a 2010 SS and I'm trying to locate the source of a noise that sounds like something rubbing in the left front when I turn right leaving parking lots. I am running a 9" wide rim with a 245/45 20 tire. I took the wheel off the car yesterday and I cant find any sign of rubbing on the tire or the inside of the wheel well. I did notice that the inside edge of the tire is tucked slightly under the lower spring perch with only about 1/2 of clearance. I'm assuming all that moves vertically together but thought I'd ask if this is normal.

I had some front end suspension noise and turned out to be passenger sway bar link. It made noise when driving slowly and especially during turns.

I had the same front wheel/tire setup on my 2010 2LT RS.
Although I never heard any noises while turning, the inner shoulder of the tire did indeed rub on the spring perch.

First picture was taken after all of the tar and gravel was cleaned up from what is seen in the second picture:

I closely inspected the liner on the drivers side as well and there is no indication of rubbing anywhere. I did notice the sway bar link bushing is not in the same shape as the rest of the front bushings. Wheels are coming off this weekend. I'll give that a closer look. Thanks guys.

I didn't.

The pictures were taken about a month before I sold to car to a dealership a week before my 2014 ZL1 arrived.
