I really wanted the radiant red but I wanted the car to show up more and due to my concern with constraint on new colors, I went with black.

I wanted radiant red with white rally stripes. Instead, I went with my #2, black.

Black is on my radar as #2 choice also. Such a great color, and this won't be my daily so its makes more sense. Decisions, decisions.

Radiant Red is the best "candy apple" they've done in a long time.

I think the best part of the video is when he’s talking about the rear diffuser. Out of all that exhibit lighting, the red looks electric and the shadows appear black. I think this color will look amazing at night.

I've been on here for a few years now. Is it fair to say that the "specialty red" offering on G6 Camaros (garnet, wild cherry, radiant) are pretty similar to each other? In full sun? In the shade? At night?

So far Radiant Red does not look as dark to me as Garnet Red or Wild. Friend of mine got his 17 Garnet Red SS totaled and is afraid to order Radiant until he sees it on Camaro. That Equinox video looks like color is closer to Red Hot than Garnet or Wild Cherry especially in bright lights.

If you’re going purely by auto show videos, I’d argue you should wait until you see regular photos or see one in person. Lighting at auto shows always seems to exaggerate colors’ awesomeness (is this actually a word?), and they always seem to pop like crazy.

Case in point: There was an orange 2023 Z06 making the rounds in auto shows across the US, and it looked super awesome. Then photos came out of it under the sun, and it looked just like a bland orange

I have a suspicion Radient Red will look pretty close to CRM, but we shall see.
