No help but when I read the header I knew it was a 6. My '10 SS has never burnt a drop.
Bring it up to Full and drive it 500 miles and check again. Then you will know.

Well you need to fill it to the correct level. Check and verify there are no leaks. drive it and check every 500 or 1000 miles and see if it gets low or how low. Acceptable oil consumption is less than 1 quart every 2k miles according to GM. If it I using more than that it is considered abnormal. Then its piston and ring time.

How low?
Any spotting on the driveway?
Catch can full?
You do your own oil changes vs an oil change place btw?
I wouldnt trust them to open my can of wd40. Also as engines age and get loose you sometimes need to get the next heavier weight oil or swap to the high mileage stuff too.

Pull your engine cover and check out the valve covers. It's a pretty common LFX leak point.

Bingo.
You found one leak and there might be more than one.
Might need to look underneath to see if its running down one or both sides.

I admittedly don't know a whole lot about the Camaro V6. However, when I had a bad coil pack on my '06 Cadillac, and changed the plugs, I found oil in the spark plug channel. I called my brother, a shop foreman at Caddy dealership, and he said it is not uncommon for the o-ring between the cover and the head to fail.

It shouldn't be burning oil at only 77k miles. I'd take the cover off and see if you have any leaks. If not, maybe the oil change guy didn't fill it up all the way.
