As an aside, what is the point of the rumble strips at COTA? Clearly you can just drive over them with next to no consequence. Why not just move them out further if you’re gonna pave further out anyway? I don't get it..... |

Yeah, sorry, i know you are supposed to drive over them but having seen other videos of COTA it almost looks like in most races everyone can just ignore them. It seems more like a huge paved areas with the rumble strips behaving more like “guidelines”. Lol.
Im not ragging on his driving, just an observation from many videos I've seen from COTA. They guy who designed COTA is designing another track here in the PNW. I would assume it’ll be similar. |
