Studied it in high school. And the guy next to me at work is from Ukraine, so I get to practice with him from time to time.

ZL1 front i saw on AA web site, but long time there is no availability of this bumper. Looks like you can buy standart ZL1 bumper and modify upper grill by yourself

Sorry it took me so long to reply back. I was wondering if only the upper grille needs to be modified like you said or does the bumper itself need to be modified so it can fit around the headlights? like cut bigger if the 19-20 headlights are too big. Or maybe if there is space around the 19-20 headlights because they are too small and the ZL1 bumper has space need to be filled around the headlights. I still haven't been able to get take measurements of the headlight dimensions on my 2019 so that i can compare it to dimensions from a 6g with the older style headlights.

Looking at the SS i see that it has that black bar thingie in the front bumper with the Chevy 'bowtie' and it looks like the upper grille is not as tall but i still dont like it. Looking at the ZL1 front bumper and it looks pretty close to the 2016-2018 style front bumper. the middle part of the front bumper is thinner vertically and it sits up higher making the upper grille a bit narrower vertically. I also like the ZL1 rear spoiler so at least if i get the ZL1 front bumper then i can have the matching spoiler too.

So for the least expensive option is it better for me to get an aftermarket front bumper for a 2.0 that has the ZL1 style? or would it be cheaper for me to get the OEM ZL1 bumper from a dealership/online parts site? reason i'm asking is because for the OEM ZL1 i'm not sure what additional hardware/ducting i will need or what i can reuse. I'm looking at a GM online parts site and i see different shapes for some parts in the diagrams so i'm not sure if its just the pics or if they are actually different. Or if the 2.0 stuff is a different p/n but it can still be reused for the ZL1 front bumper.
Ok I get that the BLACK bar in the bumper is somewhat hideous if the main body color is NOT Black or SGM. I recently bought a BLACK 2019 SS because I could buy that car for the same price if not cheaper than a 2017 or 2018. PLUS the MAIN thing I wanted was the A10.

The LEAST expensive way to improve the looks of the front end is to WRAP the MIDDLE black bar of the bumper with a wrap that matches your body color assuming you can find a wrap that will match. The other possible solution would be to REMOVE the bumper and have a GOOD painter, paint it body color. If you remove and reinstall the bumper yourself, you will save yourself some bucks vs. paying the body shop to do this. While he is at it, I would have him paint the FLOWTIE the same color as the bumper bar. This makes if blend better. See PIC above but please ignore what looks to be paint flaws in the bumper because it is reflecting some bad spots that I have on the garage floor (LOL). YOU may notice the RED SS emblems are now black as well.

The color of that middle section of the SS isnt why i liked it. I just thought that all SS bumpers came like that. Reason i dont like that bumper is while that center section on the SS is higher up then the 2.0 it's still a little too tall for my liking. The ZL1 has its center section sitting up even higher and its also thinner on the bottom making the opening huge. I'd get the ZL1 bumper even if it didnt have the canards and lip spoiler. I just want the opening to be more on the bottom unlike the 19-20 2.0 which has the bigger opening on the top.

Gotcha. You can put a PIG in a dress but ultimately you still have a PIG!! I get it. LOL

For me it was more of an issue of having a bumper that looked like a dodge charger from the front with MISSING teeth when you got away from BLACK or SGM. I really didnt want a black car again but because I wanted the A10 I was sort of stuck with it.
