I have a 2016 2SS. I open my door and see nothing at all, no logo. Just the mileage. Then it fades to black.

On my 2018, I see nothing but the current mileage on entry, and an animation ending in a 6th gen Camaro script that then fades to black when shutting the door after exiting the car. I think the same animation plays when pressing the start button, simultaneously with the gauge sweep.
EDIT: upon checking, the "entry animation" actually plays when I shut the driver door and before pressing the start button, not simultaneously with it. The infotainment screen plays a different (myLink) animation at the same time.

It's curious. I can't get the Camaro startup animation. Maybe because I updated the speedometer software, to make the images of the Opel Insignia B (Buick Regal) and the Astra K appear in the menus. There are different USB update packages that change the models. The truth is, I didn't try the animations updating the speedometer before, and now I can't go back to the original software, which I also have the update because it gives an error.
