Header - scavenging/merge spike

I’m ready to take the plunge and purchase some LT’s w/cat back to the suitcase. I’m getting ARH as my first choice and SW as my second.

I see SW has the scavenging/merge spike. Is that the case for ARH? I don’t see it on their website.

Images are from SW.

yup. My 2" Speed Engineering headers have the spike also. Speed Engineering has merge spike in all of their headers. Fraction of the cost, same results

Was that a option or do all ARH headers have spikes?

Pretty sure this is SOP for most headers now.
