*SOLD*FS: 2014-2015 Z/28 lid cover for hood

**SOLD**

Selling my LIKE NEW OEM Z/28 lid cover that attaches to the hood using factory hardware. Sold my intake and car separately, buyer for intake didn't want lid for extra price. Asking $80 shipped lower 48 with paypal included.

I guess it closes the top of the cai so i have a cai that has a cover but when i install my supercharger i will go with a k&n thats open and then i could use it, now is that correct

i do like how you answered your own question LOL yes, thats exactly what it does. since the hood isnt really flat, and has a "skeletonized" underside, this piece seals to the box to keep engine bay heat out.

about the second part- im not really sure how well it would work with a K&N, why not run a Z/28 box with your blower? they perform fantastic. just my professional opinion. and to be perfectly honest, on our dyno, as well as during street tuning/testing, usually K&N kits show the highest IATs (intake temps). again, just my personal experience but that being said the Z/28 CAI is a fantastic product !GLWS my friend

Yea thanks, while i was posting the question it kinda hit me with the answer to what was asking so i guess i did come up with the answer lol but thanks for you input and will have to take that in consideration with the Z28 cai . I see this is kelleyperformance so i assume you sell the Z28 cai if so can you send me a link for it

Glad you both got this figured out fyi...that factory z/28 intake doesn't come with this hood piece. I loved that intake when i had it...oem fit and finish

Well my question was directed to you and was invaded you post. I have nothing figured out because i have never seen one but thanks for you input , I thought i might be able to use it with my K&N when i change but GLWS
