ZL1 with SS1LE rims Thoughts?
Fooling around with photoshop because I am in need of new rims because I am using my stock ones for winter. Took the red pinstripe off, had the mirrors and spoiler already painter satin black...
Have the 1LE rims all priced out, going with OEM... Thoughts? |

Those are my favorite wheels chevy made. I'm not a big fan of the ZL1 or ZLE wheels

I agree. Best wheel GM has ever designed. If I wasn't loosing the width I'd put them on my ZLE.

At least they will be easier to clean than the ZL1 wheels which is a plus for me!

The only thing they messed up was not making them in 19s

Wow, you seem to be on the same general wavelength as me...I’ve been thinking about 1LE rims for a while now, they look great. Really like the red stripe, but not necessarily the gas cap. I loosely wrapped my spoiler in black last week and decided it wasn’t for me.
Red stripe and 1LE wheels is the winner, IMHO... thanks for sharing the photo shop (I don’t know how to do, so this was very helpful). |

I think it looks great. One of the best looking rims GM made. When I bought rims it was between those 1LE rims and the 2015 Z28 rims. One reason I went with the Z28 rims was rarity and 19 inch rims. But both rims with rubber were very very close in price.

I would love to see what this looks like on an actual ZL1. I personally think the SS 1LE wheels are the best factory wheels ever produced.
