What the 2019 SS or SS 1LE Should've Looked Like...

This beautiful rendition by Gabe Design from IG is absolutely stunning!!!

He used the same elements found on the upcoming 2019 Chevy Blazer.

The flow of the lines are unmistakably linear with no abrupt awkward angles.

The bowtie could be a flowtie or an illuminated bowtie (optional).

The body of the car is still masculine with a more refined look.

The grill looks menacing and very much functional!!

Are you listening GM? THIS IS WHAT THE EVOLUTION OF THE 6th GEN COULD HAVE BEEN!!

I agree...that looks great!

BUT...one fatal flaw pointed out to me in a different thread...

...

It has no head lights.

Nah...either GM could come out with an option similar to this and make it a kit...

The headlamps can be similar to lexus jewels or Volvo's headlamp design

Not really. The ZL1 looks fantastic. I probably didn't explain it very well. I just wish the body-colored part of the bumper would connect to the lower valence on BOTH sides of the fog/duct part. I'm probably not explaining it well, but I despise how the black middle section kind of spills over to the edges and curls up, it makes it look like a smiley/mustache kind of ugliness. It also makes the body-colored "cheekbone" part look out of place.

It has no functional headlights and the refresh design is cast in stone. That is reality

Edit: There is also a rather significant beam running across the front that this concept doesn't account for.
