Anybody that continues to provide excuses but no evidence is just buying time. I had the same thing happen to me on eBay about 10 years ago and it still pisses me off to this day. Don't let him take any more time. Either tell him to send the item or refund the money immediately or take action immediately.

I am also concerned that the subframe connectors and tunnel brace are not BMR, because I've never seen BMR do such shoddy weld work. If they show up, I guess we'll see then...

My thoughts, too. We'll see what happens today, since it's my boyfriend doing the deal.

Does this shoddy weld and poor paint look like BMR's work to y'all? I kinda have my doubts.

I assume you must have his address/phone number/etc..., right?

If so, you can always file a small claims with him (though I believe you have to go to his area for court...could be wrong). Otherwise I wouldn't hesitate contacting the local PD about it.

Bowtie Belle,
No it does not. Also, don't the BMR Subframe Connectors come with BMR logos printed on them?

Looks like they've got some tube pieces instead of all squared as well...

Has he ever explained why he cannot use Paypal?
He probably scammed somebody there as well and they banned him.
Hmmmm...

You guys do realize that the BMR logo on those parts are stickers and probably fell off or he took them off just saying.

c_LoW29,
No, that was why I asked. It was a question.

Not that it matters at this point, but the BMR logos are stickers you apply where ever you want them if you want them on at all.

I wonder how many others he "sold" those same parts to? If you check out his threads on the parts, everything has sold and all his customers are "Happy".

Why does the weld job look so shoddy and the paint look aftermarket and the steel not all match up is what I'm more concerned about.
