from my experience, no, TB spacers are not worth it.

Ya...I kept telling myself I didn't need any more mods on my Camaro after my LSD swap and tune.....

Dammit....

Now I want to get the ported throttle body and a torque converter from Tracy. My wife is very supportive of my modding habit, though. LOL

Honestly I doubt your average tech would notice the difference unless they had a ported and an un-ported throttle body laying side by side for comparison. I wouldn't worry about warranty issues, the only thing that might not be covered is if the throttle body itself died (like the electronics) and they realized that it's been ported - which I doubt.
