It has PDR and the navigation. Wish initial buyer would have swapped out the navigation for exposed carbon fiber hood, but oh well.

Looks like my build date was in November of 2017, and a quick look in the oil pump thread has a failure in this month. Good times, guess I don't need to worry toooo much with a lengthy CPO warranty, but I'll keep an eye on the pressure.

Noted on PPF. The S550 Mustangs also had hilariously thin paint, so nothing new there.

You may want to check for underbody damage caused by lifting the car incorrectly, especially at the front suspension cradle. The pinch weld lift points seem to be confusing for many people, including dealerships who should know how to lift the car properly.

Funny I can't stand the back of the 19 because of the taillights.

The 2019 thru 2020 taillights I have gotten used to seeing and don’t look bad at all now to me!

Yeah Nate, if you get the ZL1 just keep a check on the oil pressure while you are driving around. That’s what I’m doing with my 2017 ever since I learned of the pump failures.

Definitely will be.

Looks like we're good to go on the purchase and I should have it in my hands come Saturday morning. I inquired with my sales guy if they could do a rear differential fluid change after reading some things on here, figured it wouldn't hurt, so we will see if they're willing to accommodate my request.

Use to hate them, too - "ski goggles" - now I think it makes the car look updated and the old red ones are everywhere and tired. Interesting how that works

Let us know your driving impressions of the Z once you spend some time in the drivers seat Nate!

The primary thing i would worry about is to make sure it wasnt modified by previous owner and then "put back to stock". Apart from that, these cars are pretty stout.

That was a big question I had as well, looks to be no. With that said, knowing I have a valid CPO 7 year/100K warranty I'm not too concerned.

Will do! It shall be fun comparing to my S550 I've had since new. Power wont be a question, but overall steering feel and such will be more so what I look to compare.

Hopefully this entire "lack of visibility" thing has been blown out of proportion...

It takes me a while to warm up to changes, even the Silverado is growing on me.

First impression: https://youtu.be/9cF82lHMJgw?t=12

But jokes aside, what an animal. Haven't driven it too much just yet, but will today. Unsure of the brand, but the car has some sort of protection film on the front already

- Visibility was initially a mental change, and you certainly need to be further back from lights to see them change, but so far nothing too crazy.

- Power, no need too comment there

- NPP exhaust in track mode is quieter than I would have thought

- Shocked at the squished part of the exhaust before the NPP suitcase, interesting engineering, but reading tells me its crush zones for if you're rear-ended

- The bog is real: Been driving manuals all my life but this thing is tricky to get used to, especially because Ford had some fancy tech where it would automatically raise the revs on the S550. Damn near impossible to stall that car. With this said, I'll research around, but any bog resolution?

Congrats!! Great looking ZL1.

After some seat time I learned to take off with no bog. The Solar ported throttle body and controller helps. And I’ve read that it can be tuned out also (although my car isn’t tuned due to warranty and emissions concerns).

Good looking ZL1 Nate! Yeah I wouldn’t do any tuning since you have that extended warranty or serious mods either. Maybe a CAI and exhaust change if it’s not loud enough for you. Also change what you drive in your signature to ZL1 instead of Mustang or add the ZL1 if you still have the Stang.
