I also tried to reach Ted a few times and when he found out, he had me call. I had everything taken care of concerning my ordering from him.....

Outstanding Experience

Thanks to the testimonials on this thread, engaged Ted for remote tuning.

My car was just not right after instlling cam, 103 TB, ported stock SC. This is a track car; was never happy since the mods. My laptimes were off ever since the upgrade and drivability was aweful. Local shop that did the work was busy and in the middle of a shop relo so I couldn't get this resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Figured I had nothing to loose since the car just garaged because of the issues. So I signed up for remote tuning.

WHAT A GREAT MOVE.

This car now has the all the perfromnace I had hoped for with the upgrade investment!

Ted was very methodically and responsive. He diagnosed shot high flow cats and fuel pressure issues. I am very impressed. Each step of the way, he would detect issues based on the log files I sent and recommended I check the mentioned issues.
Each time, he was spot on - the issue he detected were actual problems. I was able to address myself or through other local shops. Once addressed, we proceeded to improve the tune.

I took the car back to my home track to log his final tune and 1/10 off my fastest time, in the hot weather and worn tirnes too. This is more like it!

My advise to anyone who uses Ted;

You will not be disaapointed and act on his recommendations!

Thanks Ted - increadible job!

Thank you for your feedback it was a pleasure working with you.

Following my instructions made it a breeze to work through all your issues.

This is one of the hurtles I run in to with some of my customers, seems they refuse to read the instructions I provide.

You also knocked it out of the park.

Thank you for your business and look forward to working with you again.

Ted.

Thanks for the info, appreciate it.

Forgot to ask if that is based on Original tune Stoich (14.1)or did you change it to 14.7?

If the car is setup to run E, stoichiometric is set for 14.7 at 0% E, and scaled accordingly. Otherwise the car is set to 14.1 across the board and that would obviously not work. Lol

I'm not set to run e. I was curious if he changed the stoich from factory 14.1 to 14.7 when he said he tunes to .82 lambda. Cause 11.5afr seems rich but 12.0 i think is reasonable, but I could be wrong.

If you don’t install the flex sensor, stoichiometric stays at 14.1 because all gas, at least here in Northeast, is E10.

If you do install the E sensor, then you MUST rescale that table.

.82 Lambda works in both cases.
