You might be able to make the same power with other kits, but that whipple with its twin screw design is going to give you way more torque down low than the others. I wouldn't be surprise to see over 600lb torque at 2000 rpms

I would hope so. ADM posted Graph of the LT4 conversion is pretty stout, 580TQ @ 2500rpm and 620TQ @ 3200rpm. (w/rotofab)

Hopefully the Whipple has a nice loud whine to it, all the others I have watched are very quite! (Maggie, e-force, even the GM ZL1 blower is very quiet)

Screws never have the high low speed volumetric efficiency of a roots - there are too many internal leak paths, hence they are not capable of providing the low speed torque capability of a roots SC.

I can't wait to hear more info on this set up. I really like the sound of a centri setup but if you can make close to 600whp with the whipple tune, then I might be sold on it. I also hope it had a good supercharger whine like on the mustangs I have heard! Well I have at least 2 years to decide so for now I just want to see it in action also the ECS set up as well.

I bought my Whipple from the shop that will be doing the installation & tuning. It was ordered on 1/6/17. They told me it might be 4-6 weeks till it comes in. If there is no snow on the road and we have a 40+ degree day, I will wake up the Camaro from hibernation to get everything installed. I will video the dyno run and try to get as many pictures as I can of the install. The shop installing it is New Era Performance in Rochester, NY. They have a very good reputation with working/building GM vehicles.

Looks like you might get to hear it pretty soon and see some results by the end of February. jrs580 says he should have it in Feb and installed.

The 1.7 liter blower are very good down low, hence the torque. We actually back the torque down with cam shift in the tune.

On one of my pulls we had 640 TQ at 2600 RPM. Pretty impressive.
