Mem Card Slot
I pulled the SD card out of my car the other day to upload some of my PDR videos to my computer.
After uploading and erasing from the SD card, my PDR can no longer read the SD card. Anyone else ever have this problem? I bought this SD card a week after I got the ZL1 2 years ago and have used it ever since. This is the first time it would not read it after repeated re-inserts. But, my computer can still read the card. I seem to recall someone else on the forum having to get the SD slot replaced. Thoughts?

Try to format the SD card.

I would try a new card and clean out the slot in the dash with one of the canned "electronics" blowers. The card needs to be formatted to the ancient FAT32 structure. Windows will not format SD Cards greater than 32 GB to FAT32 unless you have a third party software like Acronis Disk Director.

Maybe it is bad and if you have another card, try it and see. |
