New e85 tune and now fuel gauge reads empty with codes

Got a new tune to go full e85 (was running e45) and now my fuel gauge isn't working and throwing codes P0462 & P2067.

Anyone have this issue and know the fix? The tuner said to cycle the key a few times and then disconnect the battery for 10-15 mins. I did that and still not working. Trying to disconnect again for another 15 mins and see if that works. Any info would be great. Thanks

Did you disconnect anything near the tank? There's a bulk connector on the left side that may not be pushed in all the way ?

Just went back to stock and gauge works. Loaded back up the bdx tune and doesn't work so definitely in the tune.
