Challenger has managed to outsell the Mustang in 2021, in the 3rd quarter the Challenger pulled ahead and managed to sell more in the final quarter.

I think the Camaro numbers for 2021 were officially the worst ever.

The sales success of the Challenger and new Bronco are proof that retro is not dead.

According to my trusty Camaro White Book, you are correct. Previously the lowest production year was 2001 at 29,009. Though, that was partly due to a shortened production run. The 2002 model started early.

Edit: For comparison, the best year for production was 1979 when the total was 282,571.

Wow, folks talk about how the market has disappeared, didn't realize it was that much.

Yep. And dodge pushes the hell out of the Challenger with aggressive lease rates and rebates. Also continuous tinkering with trims and packages seems to be working and with a platform that old it's probably printing money at this point

And not to mention that Dodge is the ONLY company showing lots of commercials on the tube for the Challengers and Chargers!!!

Well to be fair that is all they have haha. I am pretty sure Dodge is just the Charger, Challenger and Durango now I believe so not like they have a choice

I like the charger widebody over the challenger. Both are nice until I rented a charger and just hated the interior and drive experience.
