how long after
A couple weeks back, I did a strip wash, chemical decontamination, clay bar procedure on the Camaro. I started the polishing step with essence, but I only got to do half of the car. It hasn't moved from my garage and i'm going to go finish the polishing step and then apply cquartz coating.
My question is, how do I get the layer of dust off the car to continue? I'm thinking I should do a rinse less with ech2o but will i need to use an IPA wipe down after? Also, how long after I finish with cquartz do I have to wait to spray it with reload? Last edited by IH8WNTR; 07-05-2020 at 09:34 AM. |

Just rinse the car and resume polishing, polishing is a mechanical operation , not a chemical operation , no IPA before moving on to the coating. Put on the reload after letting it cure for a couple hours..
