Sorry if this is a repeat but I searched everywhere I can to include Google and can’t find an exact answer to my issue. I don’t know if I noticed it before but after the most recent software update (about a week ago) on my 2021 Camaro SS but the left volume is probably 80% lower than the right volume only when using Bluetooth or CarPlay. When I use Sirius XM or traditional radio there’s no difference whatsoever and I can change the balance controls to any speaker and they are all virtually identical. As I stated a moment ago, when I use CarPlay or Bluetooth and I play with the balance controls the volume is significantly lower on the left channel both front and rear. When I play music I can hear the right side is much louder and I started doing some diagnostics and discovered the discrepancy. I can’t find any specific settings on either my iPhone XR or on the stereo to remedy the situation.

I’m gonna hook my wife’s android phone up later this afternoon when she gets home to see if the same problem exists with a different source but as of right now I wanted to reach out to you all to see if you have encountered that and what you may have done to remedy the situation.
