$7.33 per month for comprehensive only during winter storage.
$46.57 per month for full coverage
Through is State Farm

I think Ohio and the Midwest in general has fairly low rates and a lower cost of living than a lot of areas of the country.

The premium amount is affected by the max amount you are covered for. Lower those amounts and the premiums go down. I carry more than the minimum required amount. So, I could have lower insurance costs, but increased risk if there was ever a serious claim where someone got hurt.

My SS was literally $1 more a month than the 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T. I'm 36, married with a decent driving record.

16 SS, $1083/yr with $500 deductible (no tickets for 5 yrs). Was told that living here in hail damage country in Colorado doesn't help.

state farm. 250/500/100 $250 deductible. $598/6 mo. i think i have just about every available discount. my driving record is 3 pages long, but i have 0 claims in 17 years on my auto insurance. as of nov 17, 0 speeding tickets in the last 3 years.

edit: i’m sure there are cheaper plans, but i am very comfortable with sf. my only dealing with them has been a very large tree falling on my house (50k in damage) and i had absolutely no issues getting everything repaired. none.

$170 a month for my 1SS 1LE and my wife's Honda Accord Limited. That's with a $150 deductible and a super speeder ticket (90 in the 55). I'm 55.

I have a friend who complained that his insurance went up due to poor credit score.

Not sure if USAA, my carrier, checks or not. never been a concern for me.

factors that influence your score
Esurance uses LexisNexis®, a leading provider of consumer reports, to obtain your credit-based insurance score. LexisNexis looks at the information on your credit history from credit bureaus like Experian to compute your insurance score, meaning that your credit score will impact your credit-based insurance score.

Favorable factors might include:

Long-established credit history
No late payments or past-due accounts
Open accounts in good standing
Unfavorable factors might include:

Past-due payments
Accounts in collection
A high amount of debt
A short credit history
A high number of credit inquiries

Paying $274/Mo for my 16' Camaro and wife's 17' GMC Acadia Denali. No bad record or tickets accidents more then 20 years for both of us. This is with Gieco and live in Queens, NYC area. Unreal what they charge in this neck of the woods and i left state farm as they were even more $.

They are doing a soft pull/soft hit. It’s on your credit report but doesn’t impact your score. Credit is actually one of the biggest factors in rating.

Today I called to get a quote on another car and as I was holding, the recording said the quote would be based on various reporting agencies, including credit.
