P0628 and P12A6

So I have a CMS Stage 3 ZL1 1LE, mods are pretty straight forward...

ATI 10% Pully
TM Ported TB
Stage 2 CAM
Flex Fuel
ARH LT Headers
SW Axle Back
DSX lowside
Ton of cooling mods

Currently running 96 and in a straight line I can do pull after pull to 150-160mph no issue. Pulls hard and strong but the second I get a coupe turns in on track (Chuckwalla) I get what feels like fuel starve and the two codes are stored

P0628 - Fuel Pump A Control Circuit Low
P12A6 - Which is referencing the fuel flow control module

Has anyone ever has experience with this directly? It’s odd that under straight line acceleration it would be fine but even at outlap pace and barely pushing the car I get these CELs and misfire.
